Holly Lodge Estate Conservation Area Appraisal and Management Strategy

Closed 21 Oct 2012

Opened 10 Sep 2012

Overview

We have drafted a new conservation area appraisal and management strategy for Holly Lodge Estate Conservation Area and would like your views.

The Conservation Area Appraisal and Management Strategy will be of interest to anyone who would like to know about the history and architecture of the area.  It will also be useful for anyone who would like to alter or develop a property or who would be affected by development in the Holly Lodge Conservation Area.  This includes residents, community groups, businesses, property owners, architects and developers.

The document sets out what is special about the area and gives guidance about the types of alterations and development that are likely to be acceptable.  The Council will use it to assess planning applications.
